1. Introduction

Welcome to the MIM BEIM Affiliate Program! I'm thrilled to have you on board as a valued partner in helping more people discover the benefits of better breathing and natural health. Before you start spreading the word and earning commissions, please take a moment to review these terms. By signing up and participating, you agree to comply with the following rules.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

My affiliate program is open to professionals in health, fitness, and wellness, as well as individuals who genuinely believe in the power of breathing retraining and natural therapies. However, I reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates at my discretion if their values or marketing practices don’t align with mine.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% commission on successful sign-ups and purchases through their unique affiliate link.

Clients referred by affiliates receive a 5% discount on BreatheWell eGym classes, BreatheWell courses, and MIM BEIM Herbal Teas.

Commission is calculated on the final sale amount after discounts (excluding taxes and refunds).

4. Payouts

Payments are made monthly via Stripe.

A minimum commission balance of $50 AUD is required before payout.

Affiliates must provide accurate payment details; I am not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to promote the MIM BEIM brand ethically and honestly.

No misleading claims, exaggerated benefits, or false endorsements.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards and consumer protection laws.

6. Branding & Promotion Rules

You may use my official branding materials (logos, approved images, and copy) as provided.

You must not modify my branding or misrepresent my offerings.

You must not claim to be an official representative of MIM BEIM.

7. Prohibited Activities

No spammy, aggressive, or deceptive marketing tactics.

No bidding on my brand name in Google Ads or other PPC campaigns.

No misleading discounts or unauthorised coupon codes.

No negative competitor comparisons or false claims about my services.

8. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time if they violate these terms. If this happens, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Play fair, and we’ll all breathe easy!

9. Liability & Disclaimers

I am not responsible for any losses incurred due to your participation in the program.

I do not guarantee any level of earnings—your results depend on your efforts and audience.

10. Changes to the Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
